A 16-month-old male is brought to the ED. As per his parents, the child was crying and throwing a tantrum in a grocery store when he suddenly fainted and had a brief episode where he was “shaking his arms and legs” for <10 seconds. He regained consciousness immediately afterward and was not confused or lethargic. He had 2 previous episodes where he also fainted after throwing tantrums, but he had never had any “shaking movements”. What is the most likely diagnosis?
