A 72-year-old female is brought to the ED via EMS. She has right hemiplegia and right facial droop. She had been having numbness in the right side over the past two days which waxed and waned. She felt normal before going to bed last night at 10pm and her symptoms had fully resolved. She woke up for a drink of water at 3am and 6 am, when she was feeling normal. She woke up at 8am and her family pointed out a facial droop. She was still able to make her way down to the breakfast table but at 9am she started feeling week on her right side and unable to hold her coffee mug. She arrived in the ED at 10am. When was her last seen normal time to guide treatment pathway?
