    A patient is brought to the ED following a fall off his motorcycle with shoulder pain. Distal pulse and capillary filling are intact. On neuro exam the patient is numb in the inner aspect of the arm, and the medial aspect of the second finger. Motor is unilaterally weak when attempting to simulate scissors motion. What is the most likely cause of the patient’s symptoms?
