    A patient is brought to the ED while undergoing CPR by paramedics. There is no manually detectable pulse and the patient has received 3 doses of crash cart epinephrine on the way to the hospital. Monitor shows a narrow complex tachycardia. Echocardiography of the heart reveal synchronous myocardial contractions and US evaluation of the femoral artery shows a corresponding pulse which still can’t be detected manually. You choose to start the patient on vasopressors to improve the perfusion BP and minimize cardiac ischemia. All the following are acceptable options EXCEPT:
