A 62 y/o M presents to your Emergency Department with back pain after a fall. His home medications include Amlodipine and Indapamide. He denies prior history of back pain. On examination he has some obvious bruising to his L side. He is diagnosed with a rib fracture and no other injuries. After a period of monitoring in the ED his vitals have all been stable and he is ready for discharge. In the ED he had acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and 2 doses of morphine IV with good pain reduction. He now rates his pain as 3/10. What is the MOST appropriate discharge prescription to offer?
