    A 27 y/o F G1P1 gave birth to a healthy male infant 24 hours ago via forceps-assisted vaginal delivery. She had a post-partum hemorrhage and required Tranexamic Acid, Oxytocin, Carboprost, and Misoprostol before achieving control. Today she feels well apart from fatigue, and her lochia is minimal.
