At approximately 2:20 in the presentation, you discuss hypertonic saline. Give 150mL bolus over 5-10 minutes, may repeat once but then stop. You then say this will raise the sodium by 5-6mMol per LITER. This is a bit confusing to me: if we only gave 300mL, and it raises 5-6mMol/L, we’re only raising 1-2mMol with our boluses? Am I understanding correctly? Thanks!
